Ingredients:
Cheddar Cheese Blend (Cheddar Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Annatto, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes], Whey,
Palm Oil, Maltodextrin, Salt, Blue Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes], Natural Flavors, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Disodium Inosinate And Disodium Guanylate, Yellow 5, Yellow 6), Whey (from
milk), Cornstarch, Salt, Sugar, Lactic Acid Powder (Lactic Acid, Calcium Lactate with less than 2% Silicone Dioxide)

Directions:
- Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
- In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup of Cheese Sauce Mix.
- Whisk vigorously until cheese mix is well blended and begins to thicken.
- Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for another
1 to 2 minutes. Adjust for desired thickness. - Turn off heat and add to your favorite cooked pasta for Mac and Cheese.
